I learned I much prefer and recommend the Hyatt Regency Spa, where I frequent three times a month. I really would expect more accommodating policies for how much we paid for the experience. This was somewhat embarrassing, and I was not prepared with an extra outfit, therefore I had to drive home in my wet clothes. Second, as we went to check out the pool bar before our services, the spa attendance stopped us and forced us to remove our spa robes prior to leaving. I’ve never seen or heard of a spa with such an inconvenient policy. First, we were told that if we wanted to go out to the pool bar to get beverages or dine anywhere at the resort, we would have to pack up all of our belongings and take them with us. I don’t mind spending money, and was hoping this could be a née hangout spot for me, but not after this uncomfortable experience. There is currently construction so it is loud and you can also hear all the kids screaming and playing at the pool so it is not relaxing in the outdoor areas. The spa is beautiful and very serene except for the outdoor area.
